Lateral Link is assisting a top AmLaw 100 firm in its search for a highly motivated Environmental Associate for the firm’s New York (Albany, Rochester, Long Island City, New York City) or Washington, DC offices.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly knowledgeable group of Environmental legal professionals who help counsel and minimize legal risk to their national clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of recent experience working on environmental law, preferably with a science, engineering or urban planning experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with investigation, remediation, or litigation of contaminated areas under CERCLA/RCRA litigation process ("Superfund" litigation). Specialized knowledge of environmental risk transfer in addition to energy or regulatory law is helpful, but not required.
