Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AV Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AV projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and installation, to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare project documentation, including timelines and budget reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the AV or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual systems and integration processes.
- AV manufacturer certifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- PMP certification or similar is a plus.
