A Clinical Research Site based in Nashville is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their expanding team. This organization conducts research across multiple therapeutic areas, including neurology, respiratory, and vaccines. With the launch of a new site, they are looking for a Site Manager to lead and oversee operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site personnel and manage staffing requirements
- Engage in PSSVs, SIVs, and build relationships with CROs, Project Managers, and CRAs
- Lead study start-up activities, ensure protocol compliance, procure necessary supplies, build vendor relationships, and manage staffing and coverage
- Ensure data is entered accurately and efficiently across all systems
- Handle any issues or complaints from patients, vendors, and sponsors
- Oversee the Quality Control process
- Manage the site budget and ensure a strong understanding of financials
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Clinical Research experience
- At least 1 year in a Site Manager role or higher, overseeing clinical trials
- Experience managing teams
