We are looking for an experienced Environmental Manager with a focus on air quality compliance and regulatory oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emissions control, environmental regulations, and experience managing air and water permits in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee air, water, and other regulatory permits, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental standards.
- Manage emissions control and continuous monitoring to maintain compliance with EPA and other environmental regulations.
- Ensure compliance with US EPA regulations and reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement environmental programs, such as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory adherence and best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Environmental Manager or similar role in regulated manufacturing.
- Strong experience with pyroprocessing and emissions control.
- Expertise in managing permit applications for air, water, and other environmental regulations.
- Solid knowledge of US Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Continuous Monitoring System Quality Assurance Plans (QAQC).
- Familiarity with environmental programs such as Title V, NESHAP, RICE, MACT, NSPS, PSD, and TRI.
