An AM Law 200 firm is currently looking to onboard an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join their renowned team in New York City which is composed of over 60 attorneys. This group has litigated IP disputes in the federal and state courts of at least 45 states, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission (ITC). They have earned a reputation in the market for providing the highest levels of both client service and legal acumen.
The position will involve assisting clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement matters and utilising the latest technologies for case management, including dedicated client intranet sites and electronic document management systems run by an expert, in-house staff.
Experience:
The desired candidate should have;
- Three to five years of intellectual property litigation experience.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
- An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- A technical background is strongly preferred.
