This position is hybrid, requiring ongoing time in either our Fort Wayne or Indianapolis, Indiana, office. It is NOT fully remote.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of researching, placing, monitoring, optimization and reporting of digital advertising across diverse digital marketing channels including search, programmatic display and social for food and beverage, finance, higher education and government sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Advertising Placement: Efficiently manage campaigns across various online advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Start and end them like clockwork, keeping everyone informed.
- Campaign Management: Own the digital buying process for assigned accounts. Show off your platform knowledge, target the right audience (location, age, interests), and use data to make campaigns rock. Track progress against budget and goals weekly, tweaking things for peak performance.
- Data Discovery: Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad platforms like a pro. Dive into campaign data like a detective, finding trends, patterns, and insights to boost strategy and results. Learn why campaigns are performing the way they are through the data.
- Reporting and Presenting: Craft bi-weekly and monthly reports that tell the story of your campaign management. Highlight insights, suggest improvements, and present with confidence to clients.
- Media Planning: Partner with the account management team to build winning media plans that fit the budget and marketing goals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager required
- 2+ years working in a client facing role preferred
- Ability to multitask between different clients and different ad accounts
- Can manage priorities from planned to unplanned and distinguish high from low
- Has critical thinking skills that constantly bring optimization ideas to the role
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Zapier,
- Supermetrics, and Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search
- Console, TikTok, SnapChat, and Microsoft Ads
