Dispatch, a dynamic energy transition investment platform, is seeking a project finance analyst to join our team.
About the Position
Dispatch is looking for an Analyst to join the Project Finance team. The ideal candidate will have, at a minimum, 1 to 3 years in the energy and renewables sectors with a focus on performing financial analysis, financial and construction budgeting, and market research with a strong skillset in Microsoft Excel—preferably with experience using VBA.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting financial modeling (Excel) and valuation analysis;
- Analyzing financial statements and trends including written analysis of both actual and forecasted financial data;
- Supporting M&A activities;
- Supporting Greenfield development and commercial real estate project financial evaluation
- Researching market developments and making recommendations to senior management;
- Interfacing with senior lenders and tax equity providers;
- Tracking model and budgeted forecasts relative to actual data;
- Communicating directly with and supporting operations and asset management teams;
- Drafting presentations and memorandums for senior management;
- Assist with and perform and project-level due diligence; and
- Participate in various group initiatives and special projects.

Hybrid Work:
- The Platform will require this job to be performed in the Manhattan office Monday through Thursday, with an option for remote work on Fridays.
