A reputable client I work with in Madison is looking to hire a bilingual HR Coordinator in Madison, remote Friday's. This will be a contract-to-hire role that is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $26-31/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm
Hybrid: 100% onsite to start, one day from home after a while
Responsibilities:
- Bilingual with HR Experience (1-3 years)
- Able to return phone calls in Spanish about workers comp claims, benefits, employee issues
- Able to interface with me virtually or in person to relay needs
- Sit on employee relations issues to translation in person or virtually
Must Have:
- Speak Spanish
- 1+ years of HR Experience
