Essential Duties May Include:
- Within the first 30 days, formalize and structure existing positive practices and benefits to ensure consistency and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Within the first 90 days, develop and implement individual career development plans to enhance strengths, address weaknesses, and support long-term career growth.
- Act as a strategic partner by aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and driving innovative HR practices.
- Within the first 6 months, fully implement enhanced training and development programs based on initial assessments.
- Address HR-related challenges with effective problem-solving and adaptability.
- Collaborate with executive leaders and line managers to boost performance and retention.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers, including payroll services, 401(k), profit sharing, and health benefits.
- Create, collaborate, and execute programs that contribute to health, safety, wellness, and team-building activities, such as company retreats.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in HR management with a track record of strategic leadership (3-4 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and ERP systems like Oracle.
- Experience with 401(k), profit sharing, and payroll services.
- Strong project management and team-building skills.
- Ability to innovate and drive HR initiatives that align with company values and objectives.
