Our client, a Fortune 500 company specializing in wireless communications infrastructure, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Manager of Marketing Project Operations to enhance their Internal Communications department. This is a temp to perm or straight perm role and is hybrid in Boca Raton.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management processes within the Internal Communications team, utilizing proprietary project management tools.
- Manage a wide range of projects, from quick turnarounds to comprehensive website developments, while clearly defining project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing vendors to produce branded materials and handle inventory management and billing for these projects.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines, especially concerning press deadlines and production schedules.
- Work closely with team members to assess project needs, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Promote a professional and drama-free work environment, leading by example with a balanced and organized approach.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within an Internal Marketing Communications department of a professional organization (agency experience is not applicable).
- A solid background in marketing and communications.
- PMI Certification is highly desirable.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
- Comprehensive understanding of production processes and the timelines associated with various project types, from press releases to large-scale website builds.
