The Fleet Services Analyst is responsible for all aspects of data management and analysis of all operations under the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Fleet Management Department. This includes but is not limited to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, and streamline processes to support decision-making, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness. The incumbent ensures that all information and expenses associated with fleet vehicles and equipment are accurately tracked and reported. The individual prepares/generates weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports for all areas under all Fleet Services Department. The incumbent also assists with administrative tasks related to the lifecycle of Fleet assets, which involves steps to on-board, maintain, and dispose of the fleet assets.
The incumbent assists the staff with administrative tasks and with purchasing functions, when requested. Associate’s Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or finance is required. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of working in a similar capacity of analyzing data and submitting reports is highly preferred. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software package including proficient knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal and detail-oriented skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel across Seminole Reservations and to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet tight work deadlines.
