About the Role:
- Deliver an exceptional, relationship-driven customer experience to every client.
- Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads and marketing resources.
- Assess client needs and financial situations, structuring loan offers to guide them toward the best loan product for their circumstances.
- Accurately input and maintain borrower information in our CRM and LOS, ensuring complete and accurate loan applications.
- Collect and review borrower documentation to ensure it aligns with the application, facilitating a smooth submission to processing.
- Maintain frequent and effective communication with clients, guiding them seamlessly through the loan process.
- Collaborate with customer relationship managers to resolve issues and ensure loan quality and compliance.
- Strive to meet and exceed client expectations in every interaction.
- Operate with a focus on loan quality and adherence to lending laws.
- Consistently achieve or exceed loan production and quality performance goals.

Qualifications:
- Active Loan Originator license compliant with NMLS SAFE Act
- 1-3 years of sales experience (high-volume call center environment is a plus)
- Proven ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans.
- Extensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, (Jumbo, Non-QM, HELOC, and Seconds are a plus).
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package:
- Fully commission with earning potential up to $400,000
