Role Description
Do you want to help define the next generation of systems that power advanced solutions for security, encryption, defense, and automation? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Systems Product Manager to join our dynamic team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Intel and Nvidia-based embedded systems and a passion for driving product development from concept to production release.. This role will involve working closely with key customers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage product roadmaps, and ensure successful products.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends for Intel, Arm, and Nvidia based products and solutions
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
Product Development:
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Manage product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget
- Oversee the development and testing of embedded systems products, including hardware, software, and firmware
- Project management: Schedules, vendors and internal and external communication of development status
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide technical support and address customer inquiries
- Gather customer insights to inform product development and feature enhancements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the embedded or computer systems industry
- Strong technical understanding of embedded systems hardware, software, and firmware
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, IIoT or other emerging technologies
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., MIL-STD, CE, etc )
