Seeking a full-time BE/BC Urologist to join team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota.
- Join an established urology practice and work in tandem with a team of 1 Urologist & 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 with outreach opportunities available
- Board certification preferred/board eligibility required
- 2 year partnership track
- Independent, multispecialty medical group that provides services to a locally managed, independent health system
- Practice in a 4-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic in a dedicated, private urology department
- Average 18-22 patients/day
- On-call by phone approximately 10 days/month, urology is backed up by general surgery when not available
- 1 to 1.5 surgical days/week depending on volumes
- 3 to 3.5 clinic days/week depending on provider preference
Full spectrum of patients with typical conditions seen: bladder, prostate, and general urologic conditions; male infertility (not required), Cystoscopy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Urodynamics, Cooled ThermoTherapy, Ultrasound, Biopsies, & Lithotripsy
Compensation and benefits
- Guaranteed salary for the first 2 contract years of employment with opportunity for additional compensation based on production
- 6 weeks paid time off while on guarantee
- Insurance coverage: health, dental, life, disability insurance (long and short term) and full malpractice
- Annual employer contribution of a generous 10% of wages toward retirement (100% vested after one year without employee contribution requirements)
