We have a contract to direct position available for the following:
Aircraft Mechanical Design Engineer: Candidate will be working from concept through to manufacturing of aircraft structural components, shetemetal/aluminum parts, composite parts and electro-mechanical assemblies. Candidate must have 8+ years of Design Engineering experience . Must have 5+ years of Solid works. Experience with EPDM would be a plus. Candidate must have experience with Nastran and Femap for structural and stress analysis.
Candidate will be working in a Matrix work atmospheres (working hand in hand with other engineering groups) and through manufacturing which would include working in an aircraft during the installation of parts. Candidate must have aircraft design experience.
Candidate must have experience working in the Aircraft or Aerospace Industries. Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a US Citizen.
