Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing our software applications. Essential skills include proficiency in T-SQL for writing queries, C#, PowerShell and AWS. Experience with SSIS is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues for internal customers.
- Write and optimize T-SQL queries for database management and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain application scripts and tools using C# and PowerShell.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system functionality and performance.
- Document support processes and create knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL, C#, and PowerShell.
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with SSIS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
