Hybrid role - 1x week onsite NYC
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years working with a tag management platform (like Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Tag Man, Google Tag Manager, Bright Tag, Matamo or Segment), client side, server side or both
- Advanced Javascript proficiency.
- Familiar with REST APIs to ingest real time or batch data
- Deep understanding of Cookies and Marketing Pixels
- Prover experience managing large client side digital analytics implementations
- Experience with Aigle methodologies and Change Management, version control and repos.
- Proven experience working well with other front end engineers
- General understanding of web technologies end to end.
- Ability to switch between multiple projects quickly and smoothly
Job Description:
Data Collection
- Support design and implement solutions and integrations for data collection to keep the implementation process smooth and efficient for all stakeholders that need data.
- Refine and maintain data collection processes for engineers, analysts, product owners and marketing managers.
- Support socialization efforts to provide best practices around surrounding technologies and capabilities
- Partner closely with Associate Director, Marketing Data Architecture & Strategy to implement data technologies across the platforms we build for our patients, workforce and research stakeholders.
- Partner with data analysts on product and marketing data initiatives, owning the day-to-day data collection operations.
- Implement requirements created by your peer analysts in product or marketing
- Own specification, solution and integration documents
- Partner with Quality Analyst to ensure all data collected is with a high degree of accuracy.
- Engage with various front end and back-end engineers in the IT organization and extended business unit partners.
Collaboration and Influence and Operational Excellence:
- Support the Data Architect Lead and the Program Measurement and Strategy Lead in defining the analytics vision
- Collaborate across teams in Brand Experience, Design & Creative COE, Enterprise Communications COE, Media Relations COE, Enterprise Comms COE, and Content Strategy & Development COE to understand their data storage and analysis needs
