In this role you will:
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to create exceptional user experiences
- Visualize concepts using sketches and wireframes to drive discussions and decision-making
- Immerse in real-world healthcare operations to gain insights for effective design solutions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user studies
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience working on enterprise products and UX patterns
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with product managers
- Knowledge in building reusable design systems and style guides
