TekStream’s enterprise project team is looking for smart, friendly and engaging Desktop Support professionals to provide onsite technical support of Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment.
Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, 8 or 8:30 – 5:30 pm ET.
What we’re looking for…
- Onsite desktop / help desk support for large enterprise company/client
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac (macOS) as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Experience imaging and configuring Windows and Mac devices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
