Senior Vice President of Operations
Location: Houston, Texas | Industry: Energy Construction Services
Compensation: $225,000 - $275,000 base salary, plus up to 40% bonuses

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Vice President of Operations to join a leadership team within the energy & power construction sector.
This is a key strategic role responsible for overseeing operations, leading mergers & acquisitions, optimizing processes, and managing large-scale projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Operational Strategy: Oversee multiple divisions, oversee new acquisitions, driving scalability, profitability, and operational excellence.
- M&A Leadership: Identify and integrate acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with company values.
- P&L Ownership: Manage financial performance, budget forecasting, and resource optimization across the organization.
- Project Management: Take ownership of high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive Change & Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhance processes, and lead ERP system integration.
- Mentor & Develop Teams: Lead and inspire senior teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of operational leadership in energy construction services or a related industry.
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, with expertise in integrating new businesses.
- Strong financial acumen, P&L management, and operational improvement experience.
- A hands-on, humble approach with the ability to lead change in a fast-growing organization.
- Familiarity with managing multi-state operations, especially in the southern and southeastern U.S.
