Job Title: Project Coordinator-Clinical Upgrades
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12-18 Months
Our client is looking to build a team to support their new cybersecurity patching program. The biomedical cybersecurity project supervisor/lead coordinate and manage security projects while tracking progress and reporting regularly to leadership. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, conducting security risk assessments, and managing staff workflows and daily assignments.
Description:
- Develop tasks and coordinate staff efforts toward MDSP completion
- Develop and track KPIs to monitor the progress of security projects and tasks within the department
- Track, and report on the status of department security projects, and staff remediation efforts
- Security Risk Assessment analysis and tracking of control implementation
- Develop staff daily assignments and communicate with site clinical departments for scheduling purposes
- Track the overall progression of the MDSP and provide progress reports to leadership on a regular basis
- Develop and coordinate Change Management efforts (ITIL), training, and supporting documentation
- Assist in the development of staff workflow structure
Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (including Excel) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
- Technically-minded and can operate/communicate in a highly technical environment
- Knowledge of medical device functionality, networking, and cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, medical device protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, or related field
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare data security regulations
- Certifications like Project+, Agile SCRUM, ITIL (A+, NET+, CC or Security+ are a plus), Etc.
