About This Role:
Join our team as a Production Manager and lead our dynamic production floor. We seek a motivated individual to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. This role involves managing a team of production supervisors and workers, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to increase productivity and quality.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and manage the work of various production cells.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules based on equipment and operational needs.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and redistribute staff as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of efficiency and excellence.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
- Organize schedules, approve time-off requests, and manage team workloads.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Train production supervisors in company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate training needs with the training department.
- Manage disciplinary actions in consultation with HR.
- Collaborate on hiring strategies and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement team to develop efficient workflow policies.
- Resolve work and employee issues in collaboration with production supervisors.
- Identify and address quality problems with the Quality Team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines in the shop.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with regulatory requirements.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proven experience in managing production processes and teams (3-5 years).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
