About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows systems administration and a passion for automation. This role requires hands-on experience in data center environments, including server and storage deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and configure Windows servers and storage systems in a large-scale data center environment.
- Automate routine tasks and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to servers, networks, and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with data center operations
- Terraform or Ansible experience
- 4+ years of experience deploying and configuring servers and storage platforms
- Proficiency in troubleshooting server, network, and storage hardware
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in financial, insurance, or healthcare industries
- Knowledge of Linux systems administration
