Growth-mode healthcare company has a newly created role for a Senior Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will be their strategic right-hand, building out financial models, scenario analysis, pricing models and handling budgeting, forecasting and reporting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in corporate FP&A, or investment banking; strong modeling skills, and excellent business partnering abilities.
The FP&A team operates fully remotely and is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who can work autonomously, self-directed, can build strong relationships in a remote environment, and has an eagerness to learn & grow in their career.
This role has a strong base salary, bonus & excellent benefits. This is an ideal opportunity for an Financial Analyst with 2-5 years experience who is looking for a strategic finance role with a growing, dynamic, healthcare company.
Requirements:
- BS, Finance / Accounting / or related
- 2-5 years FP&A experience or investment banking experience
- Excellent modeling skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to build relationships in a remote environment
- Commitment to excellence, proven top-performer with growth potential
- Comfortable in highly visible role, supporting C-level executives
- PowerPoint, presentation experience
- Traditional FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting & long-range planning
- Experience with KPI analysis & scenario analysis
- Eager to grow long term with company
