Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team supporting a significant transformation to sunset multiple legacy sales platforms to and build out a new robust solution in Salesforce. The goal of this project will be to create a streamlined, unified experience for various sales agents.
You will be responsible for working alongside the established team, providing guidance and expertise on the ins and outs of a creating and administering the Salesforce platform. Our client is looking for an Salesforce Certified Admin with extensive MuleSoft and Sales Cloud experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Manage Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
- Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and integrated applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with MuleSoft and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
