- Attorney should be Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law (or desiring to attain that certification)
- Billable requirements are sub-1500 hours and significant bonuses for those who exceed set thresholds
- Attorneys (associates and partners) are compensated for bringing in their own clients, but a book of business is not required at this time
