We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Milwaukee, WI (hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 days from home). The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This role will be instrumental in improving recruitment processes, enhancing candidate engagement, and driving innovative sourcing strategies, particularly focused on passive candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for tracking and managing key recruitment performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Manage executive recruitment efforts, including partnering with external vendors to identify top talent for senior leadership roles.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each position and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Utilize creative strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and our Global Brand teams to help establish and promote a strong employer brand.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Implement and optimize recruitment tools and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Recruitment KPIs Management:
- Track and manage key recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment performance based on KPI trends and analysis.
- Work closely with leadership to set KPI targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to ensure alignment on hiring needs and expectations.
- Provide guidance on best hiring practices, including interviewing techniques, candidate assessments, and decision-making.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at recruitment events and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Manage vendor partnerships, handling contracts, budgets, and coordinating projects to meet hiring needs.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience working within a Talent Acquisition module, preferably Workday and ADP
- Proven experience with passive candidate sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, including ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean, networking).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with recruitment process optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for executive leadership positions.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring practices.
