Pre-Suit Attorney
Our client, a reputable law firm specializing in property damage and personal injury cases, is seeking an experienced Pre-Suit Attorney to join their team. The firm operates across 30+ locations with nearly 100 attorneys dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for clients by securing the maximum restitution. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who excels in a dynamic legal environment and has a strong track record of negotiating settlements and preparing cases for litigation.

Focus:
- Manage pre-suit cases involving property damage and personal injury, aiming to resolve disputes before litigation.
- Conduct thorough case evaluations, including reviewing medical records, investigating claims, and assessing liability.
- Draft and send demand letters, negotiate settlements, and communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
- Maintain regular client contact, provide legal counsel, and keep clients informed about case progress.
- Work closely with medical providers, investigators, and other experts to substantiate claims and maximize settlement outcomes.
- Prepare cases for litigation when pre-suit settlement efforts are unsuccessful, coordinating with the litigation team for a seamless transition.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal legal requirements.
Skill Set:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury or property damage cases, with a focus on pre-suit negotiations.
- Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
- Strong negotiation skills and a successful track record of securing favorable settlements.
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
