As a Learning and Development Intern, you will be onsite 5 days a week to support key Talent Development initiatives. With your passion for instructional design, you will develop internal and client-facing e-Learning courses that boost learners’ proficiency and understanding of apexanalytix products and services. You partner with subject matter experts to assess learning needs in order to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
The Work
As a member of the Talent Development team, you will support a variety of learning and development projects. With your strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, you will develop high-quality learning solutions that enhance performance and drive organizational goals. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly will ensure that you can utilize advanced authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Iorad to develop professional learning content that engages and empowers learners. Your ability to innovate and desire to embrace new technology such as generative AI will support the Talent Development function in accelerating content creation, evaluating learning impact, and delivering solutions that advance Company goals and Our Why. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are necessary in working effectively with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet learning needs. A proven ability to handle very sensitive and confidential information is required across all aspects of this role.

- Education/Credentials: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology or related field.
