Our client, an independent investment advisory firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Client Service Associate. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the seamless management of client accounts and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client accounts and report any issues, significant money movements, or discrepancies to appropriate team members.
- Provide clients with updates on their portfolios and explain investment strategies and performance.
- Collaborate with advisors to prepare for client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure all client communications and documentation comply with industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with client advisors, compliance officers, and other team members to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and firm policies.
- Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Client Service Associate experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Experience with Fidelity systems is highly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
