Role Description
This role for an Administrative Assistant is flexible. Responsibilities and expectations can be built to suit your experience and requirements. On-site or hybrid are available with flexible hours outside of tax season. Tax season is mid-February to mid-April. At Providence Consulting CPA we aim to build a long lasting relationship.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for taking phone calls, coordinating client meetings, emailing clients and miscellaneous office tasks. Experience is helpful but not required for a motivated individual. Upward mobility possibilities include training to become a bookkeeper and company sponsorship for certifications and licenses.

Pay based on experience, expected range $10-$15 per hour.
