Title: Helpdesk Support
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Location: 5 days onsite in NYC (10019)
Hours: Candidate needs to be flexible between 7am-7pm and weekly based On-Call schedule
- Good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
- Should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Stack and Azure Cloud
- Experience with O365 and Windows-related Applications like SCCM
- Ability to troubleshoot\ IT problems and offer solutions
- Collaborate with the Windows and Network engineering team to achieve project goals
- Maintaining documentation and records related to engineering projects
- Positive Personality and Proactive and excited to learn new things and adopt change
