Fleet Compliance Manager
Location: Spanish Fork, UT
Compensation: Flexible depending on experience
Travel: 70% of the time within Utah and surrounding states
Requirements & Responsibilities of the Fleet Compliance Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field.
- 5+ years of fleet safety management experience in construction or related industry.
- Familiarity with Samsara, Tyfoom, and Smith System, a plus.
- Subject matter expert in transportation regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to engage team members in safety initiatives.
- Analytical, adaptable, enthusiastic, and socially intelligent.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
- Must be a U.S. person and able to pass a background check.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs to ensure transportation regulation compliance and safe operation of the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment.
- Lead safety meetings and initiatives.
- Monitor video footage of commercial drivers and conduct driver training programs.
- Investigate accidents and analyze safety data.
