Job Title: Part-Time Facilities Coordinator
Location: Fulmer Sill, Oklahoma City, OK
Fulmer Sill is excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a self-sufficient, motivated, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage key operational tasks. This role includes, but is not limited to, facilities management, court filings, running errands, and managing office supply orders. We are looking for someone who is a true self-starter, able to take initiative and maintain a positive, professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities maintenance and coordinate repairs.
- Handle court filings and ensure timely submissions.
- Perform errands such as delivering documents and purchasing office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Self-sufficient with strong initiative and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Prior legal experience or knowledge is preferred but not required; qualified candidates will be considered.
- Prior experience in operations or facilities management is a plus.
