Summary:
The O&M Data Analyst will drive improved operational performance and Partner oversight for GoodLeap through regular analysis of Third Party Owner operational projects and Partner performance data and provide project management support for key projects and reoccurring meetings.
Analyze data, help identify blind spots, uncover trends (both positive & negative) and identify opportunities to improve business processes, partner oversight, and the customer experience, and ultimately help the team drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support for the O&M Relationship Manager, including interacting with platform vendors, coordinating project streams, and updating stakeholders with program progress.
- Perform analysis on available data including PV system production, PV system consumption, open field service ticket creations and completions, SLA’s outlined in the business to business O&M Agreement.
- Demonstrates a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 1‐3 years progressive job experience with significant emphasis on IT and Technology customer experience solutions
- 1‐2 years’ experience using data tools and creating queries preferably utilizing either SFDC or Tableau
- 1‐2 years’ experience in project management
- 1‐2 years’ experience in conducting deep research and analytics to solve business problems
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Minimum 1 year exposure to professional presentation development (PPT)
- Excel Master: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in managing large datasets, utilizing VLOOKUPs, creating pivot tables, and performing breakeven calculations
- Proficient in data tools, preferably SFDC and Tableau
- Project management/ organization
- GED/ High School Diploma required
