Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Land.
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction Single-Family Land Acquisitions
- Residential land acquisition experience in single-family or in-fill projects
- Experience in Land Acquisitions, Entitlements, Planning and Development
