We are seeking experienced Program Managers for an upcoming project. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate (flexible based off experience) and a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility in hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and manage execution of contracts.
- Facilitate team communication and ensure alignment on project goals and schedules.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with Statements of Work and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Communicate program statuses and priorities clearly to all stakeholders.
- Organize and lead coordination and milestone meetings.
- Manage Change Order processes and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project requirements.
- Handle modification activities and negotiate revised delivery dates or contract terms as necessary.
- Provide leadership to resolve conflicts and develop team-based solutions.

Education & Experience needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Aerospace background and aircraft interior industry experience required.
