Our client is an innovative company headquartered in Miami with an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager to manage a large project in Jacksonville, FL. This position will sit full-time at the project site.

This role offers full autonomy to manage the entire project from start to finish. You will implement and define processes, continuous improvement practices, and efficiently manage timelines, schedules and budgets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Manage and secure permitting
- Conduct risk management assessment and ensure safety compliance
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
- OSHA certification
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
