Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range is $60,000-$70,000

Position Summary: The Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the logistical success of Bobo’s direct-to-consumer and Amazon FBA storefronts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and enforce safety policies and protocols; alerting others regarding potential concerns.
- Uphold highest standards of food safety and product quality through observance and enforcement of allergen protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices; promptly report food safety and quality issues as necessary
- Manage ecommerce area warehouse staff including assignment of tasks, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Oversee and direct daily ecommerce operations ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Ensure ecommerce orders are processed and shipped efficiently and accurately according to company standards
- Assist in the establishment, tracking, and reporting of ecommerce KPIs for operational success
- Responsible for managing and executing all ecommerce activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels across all ecommerce channels in accordance with demand plans (3 Shopify storefronts and Amazon FBA)
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders
- Manage variety pack product builds
- Report weekly on inventory received vs. supply requested
- Assist with Carrier Rate Negotiations (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Shipstation rates, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure availability of high-demand products
- Implement systems to avoid overstocking or running out of stock on key items
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in the ecommerce area by optimizing pick/pack process, ecommerce area layout, parcel packaging types, and carrier rates
- Report on cost improvements quarterly
- Schedule and build large orders for Amazon FBA shipment
- Work directly with Amazon Freight representative(s) to ensure timely pickup of orders
- Manage Shipstation D2C shipping platform:
- Ensure accurate weight, dimensions, and packaging types are assigned to all products
- Manage Shipstation automation setups, with assistance from 3rd party consultant(s) if required
- Resolve Shipstation issues directly with Shipstation Support as they arise
- Utilize inventory management software & other organizational computer applications
- Troubleshoot and optimize inventory feed issues between inventory management software & Shopify
- Keep all warehouse equipment in good working order
- Inspect equipment, schedule maintenance, suggest improvements, and order repairs and/or replacements when required
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Leadership teams to ensure business priorities are being met

- Lead and influence team members to achieve the highest standards of operation
- Train, coach and mentor warehouse staff
- Fill in for any warehouse position, when necessary
- During peak sale seasons, weekends or evenings may be required
- Perform and delegate other assigned tasks, as needed
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing ecommerce warehouse staff to receive inventory & process and ship orders efficiently and accurately
- Hire and train new ecommerce area warehouse staff as needed
- The Ecommerce Supervisor will act as a backup for other Shipping and Warehouse Supervisors, and vice versa
Supervision Given:
- This position reports to the Director of Logistics and Warehouse
- The position holder is expected to be able to work with minimal oversight at times, able to confidently handle situations on their own
Qualifications / Education / Experience Desired:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, enthusiasm and problem-solving skills are critical for success
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a warehouse environment required.
- 2+ years ecommerce fulfillment management preferred.
- Experience with small parcel shipment & carrier cost analysis preferred.
- Experience managing inventory through e-commerce platforms like Shipstation, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working collaboratively within small and large, diverse teams, as well as ability to work independently
- Comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Competency with computers and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience with ERP or Inventory Management systems
- Must be comfortable working on your feet for much of the day with occasional heavy lifting
Language / Mathematical / Reasoning Ability:
- Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Strong organizational and time management skills essential
- Skilled at problem solving, decision making and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership skills including the ability to set goals, motivate and manage conflict

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, freight costs, dimensions, and volume.

General warehouse working conditions exists. Exposures include, but are not limited to temperature changes, noise, dust, and moving equipment and machinery.
Additional physical demands include:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Standing on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to operate hand and powered tools
Location: This position will work on-site at our facility in Loveland, CO
Travel Required: Limited – May be required to travel locally on an infrequent basis.
