We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives within the Investment Sales team, developing marketing collateral, and managing online marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will also play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness through various marketing strategies.
• Assist the Investment Sales team in the design and development of marketing collateral, proposals and value opinions.
• Monitor competitors' marketing materials and adopt best practices as appropriate.
• Manage the regional team website and online marketing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with regional and corporate marketing staff to optimize marketing efforts across all locations.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, media, and other stakeholders to maximize market exposure.
• Participate in planning and executing external client events for the region.
• Work with the Research team in the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly market reports.
• Regularly update marketing collateral with current statistics and graphics.
• Provide general administrative support to the investment team and other staff as necessary.
• Develop new marketing initiatives to increase our presence and positive reputation in the marketplace.
• Use professional tools to create reports and other materials per broker request.
Requirements:
• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is required.
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Proven ability to increase brand awareness and visibility.
