Job Title: High Volume Recruiter
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Working Hours: Standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time
Local Candidates Only: Alpharetta, GA
Job Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment for high volume/call center hiring for Our Client call centers, as well as other center roles when call center classes are not active.
- Manage call center hiring plans, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to ensure an efficient recruiting process.
- Provide thorough, proactive, and transparent communication to key stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
- Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers and teams, offering recommendations to improve the recruiting process.
- Manage performance metrics such as average hires per month, time to offer/hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Understand Our Client's business model and strategy to effectively communicate with candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged and informed about their application status.
- Ensure compliance with Our Client policies and employment laws related to recruiting and hiring practices.
- Participate in various Talent Acquisition ad hoc project initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, particularly in call center environments.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience recruiting using Workday Recruit.
- Experience with MS Teams, Slack, or similar platforms for managing shared information in the recruiting process.
- Proven track record of meeting class size hiring targets and recruiter performance metrics.
- Experience in building candidate pipelines for upcoming high-volume classes.
- Experience as an in-house recruiter, collaborating with various stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Phenom People or similar CRM.
- Experience with video interviewing.
- SPHR/PHR Certification.
