Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced customer service / sales professional to join their team.
Title: Customer Success / InsideSales Representative
Location: Broomfield, CO (80023)
Remote Flexibility: 4 days in-office, 1 days remote
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $21-25/hr plus uncapped commission (65-75k First Year OTE)
Hours: 40
Responsibilities:
- Through proactive engagement via outbound calls to warm leads, inbound calls from prospects, emails, and timely follow-ups, the Sales Representative is primarily responsible for converting professional contractors into customers.
- Provides support to dealers by facilitating connections with converted professionals and assisting with retail merchandising campaigns.
- Duties include following up with prospects, ensuring the delivery and usage of samples, offering tips for successful implementation, capturing feedback, updating records throughout the process, and introducing additional products through further sampling to build on the initial success.
- Provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Experience with CRM Experience (Salesforce a plus)
- Cold call/high volume outreach experience
- Natural curiosity for learning a new industry
