Operations Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA, onsite
Pay: $30-33 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations, from managing shipments to coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipments, inventory, and transportation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Track and manage shipment statuses, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, including shipment logs and inventory records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Implement and adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all logistical activities.
- Assist with the development and execution of logistics strategies and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Chinese language capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
