We are currently seeking a full-time Civil Engineer/Project Manager within our Civil-Site Division. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled professional who wishes to be part of our expanding team. T-Square’s Civil-Site practice varies from site-specific plans to complex multi-phased developments.
Job Requirements:
- Project management experience; ability to communicate with clients, governing bodies and team members to take a project from start to finish in the design phase.
- Project planning and design for civil-site and related projects;
- Performing site geometric design, grading, stormwater calculations, and plan production utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D;
- Coordinate and perform all drafting efforts on a project;
- Ensure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards;
- Attending internal/external project meetings and municipal meetings;
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred five (5) years of experience in land development, site civil design, erosion control, grading, site layouts, and storm water management;
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering;
- Professional Engineer Certification;
- Proficiency in Civil 3D;
- Experience in storm water modeling software, such as Hydraflow, etc. preferred;
- Familiar with submittal schedules and timelines for civil-site design projects;
- General understanding of applicable design codes and municipal design standards;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- A team player who strives to provide quality work, meet project needs, and deliver projects in a timely manner;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, able to successfully multitask on several projects concurrently.
