Job Opportunity: Project Technical Leader (PTL) - Water Projects
My client a global leading consulting firm in the water/wastewater space is seeking a mid-to-senior level engineer with extensive experience in leading multi-discipline drinking water projects. As the Project Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving their growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to design and deliver water treatment facilities and related infrastructure, from process modeling to final construction drawings.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Mentor and develop junior technical staff while supervising their work.
- Conduct site reviews and water quality analyses.
- Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and engage with current and prospective clients.
- Attend conferences to enhance visibility in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- 10+ years of related experience (equivalent experience may substitute for a degree).
- Experience with various project delivery methods (design-build, design-bid-build) is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of large-scale project planning, design, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technical materials and drive results within a matrix organization.
