Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare investment portfolio reports and presentations for committees on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Interact with external investment advisors, managers, custodians, and trustees, ensuring portfolio transparency and maintaining diligent record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and propose updates as needed.
- Analyze portfolio allocation shifts and maintain a keen understanding of financial developments impacting the organization.
- Coordinate borrowings and repayments, and maintain interest accrual schedules.
- Support the global cash flow forecasting process, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Foster relationships within the financial community to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment management, treasury, corporate finance, financial services, or banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of investment theory, risk/return profiles, and asset classes.
- Knowledge of treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, and commercial banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Bloomberg, and Oracle.
