Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Operations Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PAM technologies, lifecycle processes, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. You will be responsible for managing privileged accounts across various platforms and ensuring adherence to established security policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform identity and access provisioning, authentication, and oversight activities in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Take ownership of operational issues or process defects affecting access, investigating root causes and implementing resolutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive standards and procedural documentation.
- Support end-to-end process assessments and participate in future-state process ideation sessions and access control redesigns.
- Provide advanced technical support for issues related to PAM technologies and access administration across diverse platforms.
- Leverage key metrics and business data to drive continuous process improvement, enhance the end-user experience, and strengthen IAM’s overall security posture.
- Maintain awareness of all control-related activities and ensure timely and accurate attestations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with PAM technologies, including CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager, and Azure Key Vault.
- In-depth knowledge of PAM lifecycle processes, including discovery, vaulting, password management, and secrets management.
- Experience managing privileged accounts across various platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Windows, Linux, mainframes, and databases.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Directory Services.
- Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle processes, including identity governance (JML processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, segregation of duties, roles, and certifications), privileged access management, and certificate/key management.
- Experience with compute platforms: Windows, Linux, mainframes, and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications related to IAM and PAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
