We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. A P&C (Property & Casualty) license is preferred, but if you don’t have one yet, we are happy to support your efforts to attain it.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized service, managing account underwriting, and ensuring accurate placement of policies.
- Claims & Certificates Support: Assist clients with claims servicing and certificates as needed, ensuring they are handled quickly and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Producers to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Ongoing Learning: Stay current on Commercial Lines coverages, forms, and policies to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, coverage, forms, and policies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
