Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a Financial Services client company's Licensed Advisor Assistant to support Financial Advisor(s) in the organization. This position is available for immediate hire and is replacing a respected, tenured employee who is retiring.
Description: The Licensed Advisor Assistant plays a vital role in guiding clients through initial stages of financial planning, facilitating access to planning tools, and supporting group retirement plans.
Responsibilities & Activities:
- Conduct fact-finding interviews for new clients
- Prepare and send introduction packages with necessary documents
- Manage client information in Comprehensive Wealth Planning Software
- Participate in client planning meetings and assist in 401k services
- Monitor and handle client communications and service requests
- Generate client illustrations and applications for financial products
- Utilize SmartOffice CRM for client management
- Promote and facilitate the sale of investment and insurance products
- Demonstrate EMX to clients, manage websites, and organize meetings
- Prioritize tasks daily and assist with event planning and file organization
- Attend group retirement plan participant meetings and update performance sheets
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities / Qualifications:
- Nevada Life & Health Insurance License is required
- FINRA Series 66 (63 & 65), and 6 completion is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional client service orientation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
