Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Foreman located in Boston, MA. The Construction Foreman will help to oversee all aspects of on-site construction projects, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and collaborate with project managers, other trades and contractors, as well as stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) as a Construction Foreman or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Leadership and proper communication skills with clients and others is required
- Ability to help manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Ability to track project schedules and help maintain project milestones
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A degree in Construction Management or in a related field is a plus
- Experience in the Construction Industry in lieu of formal schooling will also be accepted
- Ability to read construction plans and execute them correctly is required
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR) are a plus
